AI for Healthcare & Industry 4.0 – MADE Competence Center Industria 4.0
For over two decades, I built and scaled commercial operations inside three of the world's top MedTech companies - Johnson & Johnson, Medline Industries, and Stryker.
I managed business units up to €35M in revenue, led teams of 70 people, and introduced disruptive technologies into hospitals and healthcare systems.
I know how these organizations make decisions, where resistance comes from, and what it actually takes to move them in a productive way.
When AI started reshaping the industry I had spent my career in, I didn't watch from the sidelines. I started to study it seriously - at IESE Business School and Stanford School of Medicine - and then brought that knowledge into the field I know best.
Today I work at the intersection of roles that reinforce each other and support the journey of Healthcare AI in Italy.
As Business Development Manager at MADE Competence Center (Politecnico di Milano), I help lifescience and manufacturing companies identify where AI creates real value and build the path to get there.
As Director of the MedTech Department at ENIA and member of SIIAM, I contribute to shaping national strategy for AI adoption in the medical sector.
I'm lecturer and speaker at several schools like Bocconi University, Università degli Studi di Milano, Università Tor Vergata and IATH Academy. I enjoy to translate AI complexity into language that executives and teams can act on.
I also love supporting AI awareness in healthcare through contributions to specialized magazines such as Agenda Digitale and HealthTech360 and my next book for Minerva Medica
